We are a team of highly skilled experts ( Real Estate Agent, Consultants, Permit Expeditors, Project Managers, Civil Engineers, Geologists, and biologists) that work together in more than 80 current projects in western Washington in all Cities and counties.  We do Cradle-to-Grave consulting and Land development services and everything in between (Feasibility, Permiitng, Project management, and land development), and there is nothing we will not take on as it relates to land.  We offer FIXED PRICE pricing and will never charge by the hour to make phone calls. We are an approved general contractor for several banks including Umpqua and Banner Banks. We DO NOT USE any subcontractors and do everything in-house (except Engineering and electrical). We are a certified 2021 Septic Installer for Thruston, Mason, Pierce, and Kitsap counties (testing for king county this month). WE are also a certified sewer contractor in the cities of Tacoma and Milton as well as Pierce County.  

Below are their current permit snapshots of just Kitsap and Pierce counties. We currently have permit projects in King, Kitsap, Pierce, Mason, and Snohomish counties as well as Tulalip reservation and cities of University Place, Auburn, Kent, Stelicome, and Tacoma.
