My name is Fredrick L. Jordan Jr. I was born in Seattle, graduated from Decatur High School in Federal Way (1985), obtained my bachelor’s degree in Business from Whitworth University in Spokane (2013), and a US Marine Corps Veteran. I have been married for over 25 years, and I have three adult children who all just recently graduated college (two boys from Eastern Washington University and my daughter from the University of Montana). Yes, football season around my house is interesting! At Landman Inc., we have over 75 combined years specializing in land, farms, residential homes on acreage, and investment properties in the greater Puget Sound area. In addition, I have over 6 years of specialized experience in Federal Contracting where I was responsible for evaluating the contractor’s performance and safeguarding the interests of the United States and the American Taxpayer. I have personally been responsible for negotiating and awarded over tens of billions of dollars in Federal Government service contracts and purchase agreements (Construction services, Engineering, Architect services, etc.). I have evaluated hundreds of different service contractors and I have been professionally recognized for my negotiation accomplishments and achievements. I have personally purchased several properties over the past decade, most recently 5 acres of raw land in unincorporated Yelm back in 2015. I obtained the permits, sourced and managed the numerous different contractors and developed that land with my dream home (built to my preferences), a shop, and plenty of room for future projects. Oh yes, when it got it appraised after completion, I had over $100,000 in instant equity, and I will gladly share those documents with all my clients. This high level of specialized experience gives me a unique advantage and perspective in evaluating and selling vacant land, residential & commercial properties, homes on acreage, investment properties, and contractor’s services.
